- • Analyze complex datasets from various sources, including relational databases (SQL), CRM systems, and operational platforms, to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- • Develop, implement, and maintain robust SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- • Design and build insightful reports and interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to communicate key findings and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Sales, Finance, Client Services) to understand their data requirements, define project scope, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- • Conduct data quality assessments, identify data discrepancies, and implement data cleansing and validation procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- • Support business decision-making by providing data-driven insights, recommendations, and forecasts for various operational and strategic initiatives.
- • Assist in the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, metadata, and documentation for data assets and reporting processes.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within data management and reporting workflows.
- • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, business intelligence, and data science, and evaluate their potential application within ComputerCare.
- • Troubleshoot data-related issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and system performance.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of data governance policies and procedures.
- • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management to support specific business needs or strategic projects.
- • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and provide clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations or data-related enhancements.

- • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies.
- • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data manipulation, and extraction from relational databases.
- • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create insightful dashboards and reports.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
