Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Corporate Strategy, your role will be pivotal in transforming raw operational data into actionable insights that guide business improvements and strategic initiatives.
• • Your core responsibilities will involve the comprehensive analysis of operational data spanning critical business functions, including Product Development, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services. This deep dive into diverse datasets will enable you to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and highlight areas for enhancement.
• • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to building robust data pipelines. This includes developing, refining, and maintaining processes for data collection, cleansing, and transformation, ensuring the creation of high-quality, reliable datasets that serve as the foundation for all subsequent analysis and reporting.
• • You will be responsible for the consistent production of insightful reports and analyses. These will be crucial for key organizational forums such as Monthly Business Reviews, event-specific performance evaluations, and ad-hoc analytical requests, providing timely and relevant information to stakeholders.
• • A key deliverable will be the creation and ongoing maintenance of dynamic dashboards. You will collaborate closely with the corporate “OneView” teams and Power BI specialists to develop intuitive and informative visualizations that provide a clear, real-time overview of key performance indicators and business trends.
