This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our client data systems, requiring a proactive approach to statistical modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • • As a Data Analyst II, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your primary responsibilities will involve the statistical modeling and comprehensive analysis of both structured and unstructured datasets. This analysis will form the basis for developing key metrics, insightful reports, and compelling visualizations that highlight significant trends and patterns within the data.
  • • A significant aspect of this role will be directly assisting with the migration of client data systems. This involves meticulous planning, execution, and validation to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption. You will be the guardian of data consistency throughout this and other ongoing projects, ensuring that all data adheres to established standards and quality benchmarks.
  • • You will leverage your professional expertise and understanding of company objectives to resolve complex data-related issues. This position demands creative and effective problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with intricate situations where the analysis of variables requires in-depth evaluation.
  • • Key responsibilities include the creation of sophisticated data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting and rigorously testing database technical issues in close collaboration with the development team, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • • The role involves the regular creation of monthly Excel and Google Sheets files directly from the database, requiring proficiency in data extraction and manipulation. You will independently analyze data sets to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing accuracy and driving greater efficiency across various processes.

  • • You will be responsible for assembling large, complex data sets that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with data and analytics experts to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of our data systems, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • • This role also encompasses other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the broader team's success. While this list outlines primary responsibilities, the scope of the position may extend to other related tasks.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university, coupled with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • • You will be expected to build productive internal and external working relationships, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • • This role requires the exercise of sound judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions, demonstrating autonomy and problem-solving capabilities.
  • • Proficiency in SQL is essential, including the ability to create and modify macros, as well as develop dashboards using SQL coding. This technical skill is fundamental to data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • • Excellent written communication skills are a must, enabling clear and concise documentation and reporting.
  • • A high level of attention to detail is paramount to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all project phases.
  • • Advanced Excel skills are required, encompassing formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookup and reference formulas (e.g., VLOOKUPs), statistical formulas (COUNTIFS, SUMIFS), macros (creation and editing), conditional formatting, data importing, and the creation of graphs and charts.
  • • The ability to independently analyze large amounts of data is crucial, including identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends, gaps, and patterns within complex data sets.
  • • Preferred qualifications include experience using Google PLX Dashboards, which would be a significant asset.
  • • The role requires the ability to perform standard office-related tasks, which may include prolonged sitting or standing, moving within an office environment, and effective computer use and communication.
