• • As a Data Analyst II specializing in Healthcare Analytics at Centene Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the health of our communities by leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions. Your work will directly influence strategies aimed at reducing the overall cost of care for our 28 million members and enhancing their clinical outcomes.
• • You will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing complex datasets drawn from multiple sources, including healthcare provider information, member/patient data, and various third-party data streams. This involves a deep dive into the intricacies of healthcare data to uncover actionable insights.
• • This role requires you to support the execution of large-scale projects with a significant degree of autonomy, requiring minimal direction from leadership. You will be expected to take ownership of analytical tasks and drive them to completion.
• • A key responsibility will be identifying and performing root-cause analysis on data irregularities. You will present your findings and propose data-driven solutions to leadership and/or customers, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
