• As a Data Analyst Intern, you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and startups, contributing to impactful projects from day one. You will be a fully integrated member of our growing data team, working on initiatives that directly influence our business strategy and rapid expansion. This internship is a unique opportunity to apply your analytical skills to real-world challenges, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across various performance marketing channels.
• Your responsibilities will extend to being a proactive ambassador for our data-driven culture. You will leverage data to answer critical business questions, shape strategic direction, and inform key decisions. This involves accessing, cleaning, and meticulously organizing large, complex datasets to ensure they are readily usable and understandable for yourself, your team, and our stakeholders. The ability to translate intricate data into clear narratives will be paramount.
• A significant part of your role will involve data visualization. You will be instrumental in helping us perceive and comprehend our data more effectively by creating automated dashboards and funnels tailored for different internal teams. These visualizations will serve as crucial tools for monitoring performance, identifying trends, and uncovering opportunities for optimization.
• You will tackle challenging business questions head-on, utilizing our data to provide strategic guidance and support growth initiatives. This hands-on experience will allow you to develop and implement regression or segmentation models, build comprehensive dashboards, and generate insightful reports that directly contribute to business growth. You will draw strategic insights from product usage, user behavior, and operational data, gaining a holistic understanding of our business.
• The ideal candidate will possess the ability to extract, clean, and manipulate large volumes of complex data, transforming them into compelling stories that resonate with business stakeholders. Proficiency in writing SQL queries and performing data analysis using Python and/or R is essential. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, DBT, and Snowflake will be highly advantageous.
• We are seeking individuals who are naturally curious, possess a solid understanding of common statistical methods, and can effectively apply them to real-world scenarios. You should be capable of working independently while also being receptive to mentorship and guidance, confidently addressing stakeholder requests and contributing valuable insights that drive the business forward.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and experience with data analysis using Python or R.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of common statistical methods and their practical applications.
• Ability to clean, organize, and interpret large, complex datasets and translate findings into understandable insights.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and seek guidance when needed.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, DBT) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
