This begins with comprehensive Data Collection and Cleaning, where you will be tasked with extracting data from a variety of primary and secondary sources. A crucial aspect of this phase involves ensuring the utmost data accuracy and quality by diligently identifying and removing irrelevant or erroneous information. You will then classify and meticulously organize this cleaned data, preparing it for sophisticated analysis.
• • Following data preparation, you will dive into Data Analysis and Interpretation. This involves employing a range of statistical techniques to dissect datasets, uncovering significant trends, identifying subtle patterns, and recognizing correlations that might otherwise go unnoticed. Your ability to translate these complex statistical findings into clear, meaningful, and actionable insights will be paramount. This insight generation is key to informing strategic decisions across the Product Technical Support team and beyond.
• • A significant component of your role will involve Database Management. You will contribute to the development and ongoing management of robust data systems and databases.
