This role is pivotal in shaping our understanding of revenue performance and driving strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, and delivering actionable insights that fuel our growth.
  • • In this high-ownership, cross-functional role, you will be the go-to expert for analytics across our core systems: HubSpot CRM, SQL databases, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Your primary focus will be on providing accurate, real-time revenue insights that empower our leadership, sales teams, marketing efforts, and finance department.   • • A key responsibility will be the development and meticulous maintenance of full-funnel sales metrics. This involves understanding the entire customer journey from initial lead generation through to closed deals and ongoing retention. You will be responsible for creating scalable BI dashboards tailored to the specific needs of Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams. These dashboards will provide clear visibility into critical performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels.
  • • You will delve deep into analyzing pipeline health, meticulously tracking conversion rates, measuring deal velocity, and understanding churn and expansion dynamics. This analysis will uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and highlight opportunities for optimization within our sales processes. Ensuring the integrity of our data is paramount; therefore, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data quality, ensuring attribution accuracy, and upholding pipeline hygiene within HubSpot.
  • • Your technical expertise will be leveraged to build sophisticated SQL-based data models. These models will seamlessly integrate data from our CRM (HubSpot) and financial systems, creating a unified and reliable source of truth for revenue-related information. This foundational work will be critical for accurate reporting and analysis.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will partner closely with our RevOps team to refine forecasting models and enhance performance management strategies. This partnership will ensure that our sales forecasts are realistic and achievable, and that we are continuously monitoring and improving our sales operations.
  • • Furthermore, you will work hand-in-hand with the Finance team to support revenue reconciliation and forecasting processes. This involves ensuring that our financial reporting aligns with sales data, providing confidence in our revenue figures and supporting financial planning.
  • • You will be responsible for preparing and delivering key metrics for board and investor reporting. This requires presenting complex revenue data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, highlighting our growth and financial health to key stakeholders.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves driving efficiency through automation. You will identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks and eliminate manual workflows, freeing up valuable time for more strategic analysis and insight generation. This proactive approach to process improvement will be highly valued.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Sales Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
  • • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including familiarity with workflows, deal stages, custom reports, and dashboard creation.
  • • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, with experience in building data models.
  • • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • • Demonstrated ability in data quality assurance with a high level of attention to detail.
  • • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
