• • You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle for the Core Services team, encompassing the design, development, and maintenance of robust datasets and efficient data pipelines. This includes architecting and building scalable data models necessary for reporting, advanced analytics, and machine learning initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in designing intuitive dashboards and reports that offer deep insights into the performance of fraud detection, funding operations, risk management, and customer support functions.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves leading cross-functional projects. You will collaborate closely with a diverse group of professionals, including fellow analysts, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. Together, you will architect and implement data pipelines using industry-standard tools like Airflow, Python, and dbt (data build tool), ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

This includes actively participating in experimentation, formulating and testing hypotheses, and translating analytical findings into concrete actions that drive tangible business impact. Developing and automating the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across core services teams will be a daily responsibility, ensuring stakeholders have real-time visibility into critical metrics.

• • Acting as a trusted business advisor to the Core Service team, proactively identifying trends and driving efficiency improvements through data-driven insights.
• • Owning the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and reports, transforming complex data into actionable intelligence for fraud, funding, risk, and support experience teams.
• • Diving deep into large, complex datasets and logs to extract meaningful patterns and build scalable data models that support reporting, analytics, and machine learning initiatives.
• • Leading and contributing to cross-functional projects, collaborating with analysts, scientists, engineers, and product teams to build and optimize data pipelines using tools such as Airflow, Python, and dbt.
• • Developing and automating the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across core services teams, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
• • Being a catalyst for data innovation by experimenting with new approaches, testing hypotheses, and translating analytical findings into strategic actions.
• • Developing high-quality, production-ready code for data pipelines and dashboards, adhering to software engineering best practices.
• • Quantitatively defining and measuring success for core services and other organizational functions on a daily basis.
• • Contributing to the enhancement of experimentation infrastructure and machine learning initiatives, including the launch and evaluation of A/B tests.
