- • In this pivotal role, you will be the primary owner of commercial analytics for our innovative Teams product. Your responsibilities will encompass a deep dive into funnel performance, meticulously tracking and analyzing monetization metrics, and understanding the drivers behind revenue outcomes. You will be instrumental in defining and maintaining the key performance indicators (KPIs) for Teams pricing, packaging, and conversion funnels, ensuring a consistent and clear narrative for executive-level reporting. This involves not just tracking data but also interpreting it to provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
- • A significant part of your role will involve diagnosing conversion drop-offs across the entire B2B funnel. You will identify key growth drivers and areas of friction, translating complex data into clear, concise, and compelling recommendations for improvement. This requires a proactive approach to understanding user journeys and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders, acting as a trusted analytical partner. Your insights will be crucial in evaluating the effectiveness of pricing experiments, assessing the impact of onboarding changes, and refining sales motions to optimize performance.
- • To support these efforts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable dashboards and robust analytical frameworks. These tools will be essential for recurring business reviews, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your expertise to create self-service analytics capabilities where appropriate, empowering teams to access and understand key metrics independently. Your work will directly influence product strategy, pricing models, and marketing efforts, ensuring that Plaud's Teams product continues to meet and exceed market demands.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a technical field.
- • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in monetization, subscription, or commercial analytics.
- • Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior, revenue metrics, and feature adoption.
- • Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- • Experience supporting pricing, packaging, monetization, or subscription revenue performance analytics in a B2B SaaS/tech environment.
- • Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and produce executive-ready insights.
