📋 Description

• The Data and Analytics Lead at Howden is responsible for delivering enterprise-level analytics, leading contract review processes, and overseeing project pipelines to support go-to-market strategy and operational improvements across Howden Markets US.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering analytics for business decision-making, managing contract review processes, leading project pipelines, supporting go-to-market strategies, refining the team’s value proposition, identifying process enhancements, ensuring accurate commission tracking, partnering cross-functionally, and providing data-driven insights for business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience working with enterprise-level datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and processes
• Experience managing project pipelines and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in analytics tools, reporting platforms, or data visualization tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders
