• As a Senior Data Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role within our data and solution architecture teams, leading complex enterprise transformations across modern cloud data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to architect scalable, governed, and future-ready data platforms. This role is particularly suited for environments that are high-impact, regulated, and undergoing significant transformation. Our teams operate globally, fostering collaboration across cloud infrastructure, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML workstreams to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end outcomes for our private equity clients.
• This position is situated at the critical intersection of data architecture, data engineering, and AI enablement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of data and AI solutions on modern cloud data platforms. Your primary objective will be to design enterprise-grade data architectures that robustly support analytics, operational reporting, and cutting-edge AI-driven use cases. This involves skillfully balancing the immediate needs of delivery with the strategic evolution of the platform over the long term. Success in this role demands strong consulting acumen, a high degree of comfort operating within ambiguous situations, and the ability to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable technical designs.
• Key responsibilities include owning the complete data and AI solution architecture lifecycle across modern cloud data platforms. You will design and implement comprehensive enterprise data architectures, encompassing the Source of Origin (SOO), Source of Record (SOR), and Curated (CDM) layers. A significant part of your role will involve leading core Data Architecture disciplines, such as conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, Master Data Management (MDM), reference data management, and establishing robust metadata, lineage, and governance frameworks.
• You will also be instrumental in designing and building scalable batch and real-time data pipelines, leveraging both lakehouse and data warehouse patterns. A key focus will be on enabling and supporting AI/ML use cases directly on these data platforms. This includes critical aspects like feature engineering, seamless model integration, workflow orchestration, and ongoing monitoring. Furthermore, you will provide essential architectural leadership for production-grade systems, ensuring best practices in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), security, performance optimization, and observability are embedded.
• Collaboration is central to this role. You will partner closely with engineers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to achieve consensus on architectural trade-offs and guide delivery decisions effectively. Acting as a proactive thought partner, you will continuously identify opportunities for simplification, acceleration of delivery, and the creation of new value streams through AI-driven insights and solutions. 🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Data Engineering roles.
• Strong consulting background with proven experience delivering complex, client-facing initiatives.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SQL and Python.
• Proven experience designing and delivering robust data pipelines and orchestration using tools like Airflow, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or dbt.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark.
• Strong track record of designing Source of Origin (SOO), Source of Record (SOR), and Curated Data Model (CDM) architectures, along with dimensional data models.
• Solid understanding of both lakehouse and data warehouse architectural patterns.
• Cloud implementation experience in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) at a production scale.
• Practical experience delivering AI-enabled solutions to production environments, moving beyond experimentation phases.
• Comfort operating across multiple workstreams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ownership mindset with a clear bias toward execution and delivering results.
