- • Accurately enter and update patient information into Sharecare’s internal systems and client Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.
- • Access, retrieve, validate, and process patient health information (PHI) across multiple EMR systems.
- • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness while meeting established productivity benchmarks.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient and client information in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.
- • Participate in required information governance training and adhere to organizational compliance standards.
- • Maintain current HIPAA certification on an annual basis.
- • Collaborate with team members to support process improvements and enhance service quality.
- • Provide courteous, timely, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- • Manage time effectively to meet daily task deadlines and sustain consistent productivity levels.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and data management tasks.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- • Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.
- • Possess manual dexterity for prolonged periods of typing, writing, and handling physical documents.
- • Maintain visual acuity to read documents and comfortably use computer monitors for extended durations.
- • Have clear speaking and hearing ability to effectively communicate during virtual interactions.
- • Possess adequate hand-eye coordination and sensory abilities to perform all core job functions.
- • Be physically capable of sitting or standing for extended periods during work hours.
- • Have the physical capacity to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. when handling physical records or materials.
- • Report any unethical, fraudulent, or illegal behavior observed in the course of job duties.
- • Demonstrate self-motivation, dependability, and a strong commitment to protecting sensitive healthcare data.
