• As the Data Lead - Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our data strategy for the corporate segment. This is a high-impact position where you will be instrumental in developing and refining the data products and analytical frameworks that empower our corporate clients to make informed strategic decisions. You will lead a team of talented data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and rigorous analysis.
• Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle for our corporate offerings. This includes identifying new data sources, developing sophisticated analytical models, ensuring data quality and integrity, and translating complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for our clients. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure our data products align with market needs and deliver maximum value.
• You will be responsible for defining the roadmap for our corporate data initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business impact and strategic alignment. This involves deep engagement with stakeholders to understand their challenges and opportunities, and then architecting data solutions that address these needs effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through the development of new features, enhancements to existing products, and the exploration of novel analytical approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a data leadership role, managing and mentoring data scientists and analysts.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques, with the ability to apply them to real-world business problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
