- • Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of data linkage activities for a federal data access and linkage program, translating program-level linkage objectives into executable project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; coordinate with task leads, technical staff, and linkage specialists; manage day-to-day operations including schedule adherence, cost management, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- • Serve as primary liaison for linkage operations, program operations, enclave, and PPRL teams; organize and facilitate project meetings; monitor performance using dashboards and quality metrics; support DUA-driven workflows and federal compliance.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, standardizing templates, and implementing process enhancements; assist with transferring environments, configurations, documentation, and tools to the Government.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as public health, health services research, information systems, project management, or other relevant discipline.
- • PMI PMP certification.
- • 5+ years of project management experience supporting federal agencies, research organizations, or health systems.
- • Knowledge of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies for linking records across datasets using POI and PPRL and CMS data.
- • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher and authorization to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
