- • This role bridges product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to ensure analytics solutions are accurately implemented, maintained, and aligned with business objectives using tools like Mixpanel, Freshpaint, and Power BI.
- • On a day-to-day basis, the Data Product Manager I executes and maintains the analytics strategy and roadmap for digital products, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting across platforms.
- • They collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to set up campaign tracking, monitor performance, and deliver insights that inform optimization efforts.
- • The role involves assisting in configuring event tracking, funnels, cohorts, and dashboards in Mixpanel and Freshpaint to measure user interactions and behavioral patterns.
- • They work hand-in-hand with engineers to validate data collection, tagging accuracy, and integration between digital platforms and analytics tools, ensuring data integrity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Human Factors, IT, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in digital projects
- • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Freshpaint, or similar analytics platforms
- • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization
- • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data querying and analysis
- • Experience translating business requirements into user experience applications and technical specifications
- • Project planning and project management experience; experience leading teams and large-scale projects preferred
- • Experience in Agile Scrum ceremonies (story writing, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) preferred
- • HMO or healthcare industry experience preferred
- • Digital product owner experience preferred
