- • Kernel Medical Devices, Inc. is at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise AI by addressing a fundamental challenge: the accuracy and integrity of company data. In today's business landscape, CRMs are often plagued by duplicates, broken hierarchies, and outdated information, which critically undermine essential functions like forecasting, territory planning, and the effective deployment of AI initiatives. Kernel is tackling this head-on with its innovative Agentic Company Data platform, an AI-native alternative to traditional data providers like Dun & Bradstreet. Having secured a significant $14M Series A funding from prominent venture capitalists and seasoned operators from leading tech companies such as Plaid, OpenAI, and Slack, Kernel is poised for substantial growth and impact.
- • Our platform is already trusted by RevOps teams at industry leaders like Gong, Navan, Mistral, AlphaSense, and Zip. These organizations leverage Kernel to meticulously eliminate duplicates, rectify complex hierarchies, and ensure the data accuracy required to operate with unwavering confidence. The core value proposition of Kernel is its ability to empower RevOps experts to achieve at scale what they could previously only accomplish manually for a single record. By providing a robust and reliable data foundation, Kernel empowers enterprise decision-making and fuels the advancement of AI applications.
- • As a member of our Data Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and optimal performance of our agentic deployments across our diverse customer base. This is a unique opportunity for data-savvy generalists who possess a blend of deep analytical skills, strong business acumen, and technical fluency. You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing bespoke AI solutions, serving as the primary data and strategic partner throughout the entire customer value realization journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product strategy, including customer value and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) principles, coupled with a genuine curiosity and passion for artificial intelligence.
- • This is a deeply hands-on role that seamlessly integrates strategic solution design with practical, real-world implementation. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying custom Kernel AI Agents utilizing our proprietary in-house tooling. Your primary objective will be to solve our customers' most critical and complex data challenges. This includes taking ownership of the post-deployment success of your solutions, employing data-driven analysis to continuously optimize agent performance and maximize the tangible value delivered for each unique use-case. Furthermore, you will contribute to the organizational growth by developing and codifying best practices, building reusable tooling, and creating comprehensive playbooks that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire team.
- • You will act as the primary internal custodian for a range of our tools and custom builds, ensuring their successful implementation across our customer base. This involves a deep dive into customer data environments, understanding their specific needs, and tailoring Kernel's AI capabilities to meet those demands. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes. If you are driven by the challenge of owning intricate problems from inception to resolution and are passionate about delivering measurable customer success, we strongly encourage you to apply and become a key contributor to Kernel's mission.
