- • Review and update data protection policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect evolving legal requirements, business practices, and technological advancements.
- • Manage and respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) and other individual rights requests efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and compliant resolutions.
- • Oversee the process for data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), guiding project teams in identifying and addressing potential privacy risks associated with new products, services, or processing activities.
- • Act as a key liaison with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and other relevant regulatory bodies, managing any inquiries or investigations with professionalism and expertise.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a Data Protection or Information Security role, with a strong understanding of UK GDPR and related data privacy legislation.
- • Experience in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and managing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data protection concepts to non-technical audiences.
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- • Familiarity with the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a plus.
- • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPSE) are desirable.
