📋 Description
- • Unison Infrastructure Solutions LLC, a dynamic and rapidly expanding telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Research Consultant to join our team in Prague, Czechia. As a self-employed consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our strategic expansion across Europe by providing critical data insights and navigational expertise within the Czech market. Our firm, funded in partnership with Ardian, a global investment house managing over $150 billion in assets, has a proven track record since 2003 in investing in real estate and infrastructure that hosts wireless and renewables tenants. We are committed to growth and are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are eager to contribute to our success.
- • This role is designed for an individual with a deep understanding of data landscapes in Czechia, particularly concerning real estate and cadastral processes. You will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information to support our investment decisions and operational strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a subject matter expert, guiding our team through the intricacies of the Czech data environment, ensuring we have the most accurate and actionable intelligence to drive our business forward.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Providing expert guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations within Czechia. This involves understanding property law, land registry procedures, and the various governmental and municipal bodies involved in real estate transactions and ownership verification.
- • Delivering comprehensive insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data. This includes identifying key data sources, understanding data structures, and interpreting the relevance of this data to infrastructure investment, particularly in the telecom and renewables sectors.
- • Collaborating closely with Unison's investment and operational teams to source, compile, and verify essential information and key contacts. This will involve proactive outreach, relationship building with relevant stakeholders (e.g., municipal offices, data providers, industry experts), and meticulous data collection.
- • Developing and implementing strategies for scaling data acquisition and management effectively. You will be responsible for identifying efficient methods to collect large volumes of data, ensuring its quality, and organizing it in a way that supports robust decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
- • Acting as a primary point of contact for data-related inquiries concerning the Czech market, translating complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations for the wider team.
- • Researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact our infrastructure investments in Czechia.
- • Identifying and evaluating potential data gaps and developing methodologies to fill them, ensuring a complete and accurate understanding of the investment landscape.
- • Contributing to the development of internal databases and knowledge management systems, making critical data accessible and usable for the entire organization.
- • Potentially assisting in the due diligence process for new investment opportunities by providing detailed data analysis and risk assessments.
- • Staying abreast of technological advancements in data research, analysis, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and recommending their adoption where beneficial.
- • Building and maintaining a network of contacts within Czech governmental agencies, data providers, and industry associations to facilitate information gathering.
- • Ensuring compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations and legal requirements in Czechia.
- • Supporting the team in understanding the nuances of working with municipalities and other governmental bodies to obtain critical information for project development and execution.
- • Leveraging your understanding of cadastral systems to identify land parcels, ownership details, and potential encumbrances relevant to infrastructure projects.
- • Contributing to the overall strategic vision of Unison by providing data-driven insights that inform market entry, expansion, and operational strategies.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of infrastructure investment in a growing European market. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to identify and secure valuable assets, making this a highly impactful and rewarding position. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and external stakeholders. If you are passionate about data, possess a keen analytical mind, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, we encourage you to apply.
🎯 Requirements
