📋 Description

• • The Data Science, Machine Learning & AI Intern will be PIC’s first dedicated data science and AI agent development role, responsible for building predictive models, analytics pipelines, and AI agents on AWS Bedrock while embedding ML-driven insights into PIC’s products and operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and enhancing AI agents using AWS Bedrock and Strands Agents SDK, developing machine learning models for customer attrition and demand forecasting, building ETL pipelines from multi-tenant MySQL databases, creating analytics dashboards, and conducting exploratory data analysis to improve business decisions.
• • PIC Business Systems, a Fullsteam subsidiary, is a market-leading ERP provider for window covering manufacturers with over 35 years of experience, serving major clients like Hunter Douglas and Budget Blinds, and recently acquired by Fullsteam in January 2025.
• • The intern will gain hands-on experience in production ML systems, AI agent development, cloud infrastructure on AWS, and domain-specific knowledge in manufacturing and ERP systems, while contributing to PIC’s AI strategy and presenting findings to engineering leadership.
