• • As a pioneering Data Scientist at Siro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven future. This position uniquely blends classical data science methodologies with the application of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs). You will operate at the critical intersection of business intelligence, experimental design, and the development of AI-powered product features. Your primary responsibility will be to construct and maintain the robust data foundation that empowers all Siro teams – from Product, in their pursuit of launching innovative AI features, to Sales, in their quest to identify winning strategies, and Customer Success, in their efforts to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
• • Your work will directly translate raw data into actionable insights, accelerating our growth trajectory and significantly influencing our product strategy. • • Key responsibilities will encompass Product Analytics and Business Intelligence. You will collaborate closely with various functional teams to gain a deep understanding of customer behavior, meticulously visualize usage trends, and proactively identify areas for improvement and growth. A significant part of your role will involve developing and optimizing our product analytics infrastructure, including the creation and maintenance of dashboards for both internal stakeholders and external customers. You will also contribute valuable data-driven insights to weekly and quarterly business reviews, particularly for our strategic accounts, helping them understand their performance and identify opportunities.
• • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in generating Ad Hoc Insights and leveraging LLM Applications. This involves delving into customer sales conversation data to extract meaningful insights using both LLM-based techniques and traditional analytical methods. You will be responsible for communicating these ad hoc insights directly to our external customers, providing them with timely and relevant information. A crucial aspect of this will be implementing rigorous LLM evaluations to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our AI-driven features.
• • Data Quality will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities. You will own the integrity and accuracy of data within our databases, establishing clear data quality standards and implementing robust monitoring systems. You will identify areas requiring improvement and collaborate closely with our Engineering team to implement necessary enhancements, ensuring the reliability of our data assets.
• • Your success will be measured by key metrics, including the adoption rate of data products (both internal and customer-facing), the tangible impact of your work on product development velocity and decision-making quality, and the overall quality and reliability of AI-powered insights.
