- • As a Data Scientist on Reddit's Ads Data Science team, you will play a key role in developing and applying cutting-edge data science models and methods to improve understanding of the dynamics driving advertising platform success and identify opportunities to accelerate that success.
- • Day to day, you will analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights; develop ML models and DS methods for improved anomaly detection, prediction, and pattern recognition; communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders; collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing partners to define requirements and translate them into data science solutions; and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
- • The Ads Data Science team at Reddit leverages data to maximize advertiser value through robust data foundations, metrics, and strategic insights generated via experimentation and cutting-edge DS methods, working on challenging problems in ads targeting, relevance modeling, auction optimization, measurement, and user experience.
- • In this role, you can achieve significant impact by driving solutions that enhance advertiser value on Reddit, deepen your expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling within the ad tech domain, and contribute to building a highly differentiated ads business grounded in Reddit’s community-centric platform.
