- • Lead end-to-end transformation of supply chain operations supporting robotics, consumer hardware, and data center infrastructure, redesigning processes in demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
- • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, fragmented workflows, and manual processes that hinder scalability across hardware supply chains.
- • Build standardized process frameworks and operating models that enable rapid scaling of hardware programs while maintaining operational integrity.
- • Implement structured supply chain practices including S&OP / Integrated Business Planning, supply risk management, inventory optimization, supplier collaboration frameworks, and logistics visibility models.
- • Establish measurable operational KPIs and governance structures to improve predictability, responsiveness, and resilience of supply chain execution.
- • Translate redesigned supply chain processes into integrated system workflows across ERP, planning tools, manufacturing systems, and logistics platforms.
- • Define and architect data flows across the supply chain to create a single operational source of truth and eliminate data silos.
- • Build the foundation for a Supply Chain Control Tower with end-to-end visibility, real-time monitoring, and exception management capabilities.
- • Identify opportunities to embed AI and advanced analytics into operational workflows to reduce decision latency and operational noise.
- • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to operationalize AI-driven insights directly within supply chain execution systems.
- • Reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and disconnected systems by implementing scalable, automated workflows and digital playbooks.
- • Enable operations teams to focus on exceptions rather than routine tasks through standardized, automated processes and clear operational guidelines.
- • Stabilize hardware supply chain execution to ensure predictable delivery of robotics, consumer electronics, and data center infrastructure components.
- • Drive digital supply chain modernization by introducing capabilities such as control towers, planning transformation, and integrated data platforms.
- • Bridge cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, finance, and data science to align on transformation goals and execute change effectively.
- • Ensure supply chain systems and processes support both B2B and B2C operational models with compliance, agility, and scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years experience in supply chain operations, transformation, or supply chain technology roles
- • Deep experience in hardware supply chains (consumer electronics, robotics, infrastructure, or complex manufacturing)
- • Proven ability to redesign supply chain processes and operating models, not just implement tools
- • Experience implementing or working with ERP and supply chain planning systems
- • Strong understanding of supply chain data, analytics, and operational KPIs
- • Ability to bridge operations, engineering, and data teams to drive real change
