- • Own the end-to-end Growth & CX analytics domain, acting as the single source of truth for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leadership. You will define the multi-year analytics roadmap that aligns with Foodsmart’s go-to-market strategy and member-journey optimization, translating complex data into revenue-generating actions and measurable client outcomes.
- • Architect and deliver the client-facing analytics suite that powers Quarterly Business Reviews, executive dashboards, and ad-hoc strategic deep-dives for enterprise health-plan partners. Your work will set the gold standard for data quality, narrative clarity, and business impact, turning raw metrics into compelling stories that secure renewals and expansions.
- • Build the foundational layer of Marketing Analytics from the ground up—designing attribution models, funnel analytics, and campaign-performance frameworks that enable the team to double down on what works and quickly sunset what doesn’t. You will champion the adoption of Omni Analytics as the self-service platform that democratizes insights across internal squads and external stakeholders.
- • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing pod of two data scientists while remaining a hands-on “player-coach.” Expect to spend at least 50 % of your time writing production-grade SQL, dbt models, Python, and Omni visualizations, setting technical bar and code-review standards that scale with the business.
- • Transition the team from reactive, ticket-driven firefighting to a proactive, productized analytics engine. You will institutionalize automation, version control, testing, and documentation so that every insight is reproducible, auditable, and extensible.
- • Partner directly with the VP of Analytics, Data Science & Clinical Intelligence to shape company-level OKRs, resource allocation, and data-infrastructure investments. Your voice will influence decisions on data governance, privacy, and ethical AI that affect 2.2 million members.
- • Serve as the strategic data counselor to C-suite and enterprise clients, translating epidemiological outcomes, cost-of-care savings, and member-engagement metrics into board-ready narratives that secure multi-year contracts and additional funding.
- • Continuously scan the external landscape for emerging analytics technologies, experimentation methodologies, and healthcare-data regulations, ensuring Foodsmart remains at the forefront of evidence-based nutrition interventions.
- • Foster a culture of psychological safety, intellectual curiosity, and joyful collaboration across Analytics, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Commercial teams—living the company value of taking joy in the privilege of doing this work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, BI, or data science, including 5+ years managing and mentoring technical teams in fast-growing SaaS or healthcare environments.
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (Master’s preferred) with demonstrated fluency in SQL, dbt data modeling, Python, and modern data-stack tooling.
- • Proven track record of designing scalable, self-service analytics products and client-facing dashboards that influence revenue and retention.
- • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to present complex findings to senior executives and external enterprise partners.
