Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for Airtable’s Go-to-Market (GTM) motion, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to surface data-driven insights that accelerate pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and maximize lifetime value.
- • Design and maintain scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and self-service dashboards in SQL, dbt, and Looker that empower 200+ GTM stakeholders to answer their own questions without waiting for analyst bandwidth.
- • Lead deep-dive statistical analyses—regression, causal inference, clustering, and predictive modeling—to uncover the drivers of win/loss, expansion, and churn, translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that executives can act on within days, not quarters.
- • Build and iterate on a unified GTM data dictionary and metric taxonomy so every team speaks the same language when discussing MQLs, SQLs, pipeline coverage, ARR, NDR, and CAC; your work will become the single source of truth that underpins board-level reporting.
- • Partner with Salesforce administrators and Marketing Ops to instrument new fields, objects, and campaign attribution rules that close critical data gaps and enable granular funnel analytics from first touch to closed-won and beyond.
- • Prototype machine-learning models that predict deal slippage, forecast quarterly bookings within 3% accuracy, and recommend next-best actions for account executives and customer success managers, driving measurable uplift in win rates and net revenue retention.
- • Present insights to VP- and C-level audiences through crisp slide decks and interactive dashboards, storytelling with data to influence strategic decisions such as pricing changes, vertical focus, and regional resource allocation.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation by designing A/B and multivariate tests across email nurtures, in-product prompts, and sales plays; rigorously measure statistical significance and business impact, then socialize winning variants for global rollout.
- • Mentor junior analysts and data scientists through code reviews, pair programming, and weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, raising the technical bar while fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented team environment.
- • Collaborate with Data Engineering to migrate legacy Redshift workloads to Snowflake, optimizing storage costs and query performance so that even the largest GTM datasets remain interactive and cost-efficient.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating new tools—such as Census, Hightouch, or Hex—and advocating for their adoption when they materially improve analyst productivity or stakeholder self-service.
- • Contribute to Airtable’s open-source analytics projects and internal blog posts, amplifying your impact beyond the GTM org and positioning Airtable as a thought leader in modern revenue analytics.
