• • As a pioneering Data Scientist at SoSafe GmbH, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding the company's data science capabilities, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of human risk management in cybersecurity.
• • This is a unique opportunity to be the first in this specialized role, offering you the autonomy to explore, prototype, and innovate, with direct mentorship from the Head of Product Analytics & Data Science and the support of a collaborative Data & Insights team.
• • Your primary focus will be on defining and measuring human cyber risk, transforming the vast activity data from over 5 million users into actionable insights that drive product development and strategic decisions.
• • You will be at the forefront of translating complex behavioral patterns into tangible strategies that foster positive cybersecurity behavior change, directly contributing to SoSafe's mission of making the digital world safer.
• • A key responsibility will be to elevate analytics from mere visibility to decision-grade quality by strengthening, standardizing, and validating core security and awareness metrics.
• • You will build and maintain trust in our data by meticulously defining validation rules, ensuring that all metrics are consistent, easily interpretable, and comparable over extended periods.
• • You will take ownership of and continuously evolve SoSafe's human cyber security risk model, transforming it into a robust, explainable, and defensible scoring system that accurately reflects user risk levels.
• • Your work will directly translate into impactful interventions by defining and measuring targeted strategies designed to effectively reduce cyber risk across the user base.
• • You will collaborate closely with Engineering and MLOps teams to ensure that developed models are production-ready and seamlessly integrated into our platform.
• • A crucial aspect of your role will involve communicating complex data-driven insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to diverse stakeholders, including Product teams, Customer Success managers, and senior leadership.
