• • We're looking for a Data Services Analyst to join our client's Insights & Analytics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data and custom reports to internal stakeholders and customers.
• • You'll partner with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high-quality custom data solutions that enable customers to make key business decisions with zero friction.
• • You will be responsible for delivering both standard and custom datasets while responding to ad-hoc requests.

• • Leverage complex data pipelines to design custom data solutions that ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders.
• • Collaborate proactively with commercial teams and customers to identify opportunities where data can drive high-impact business decisions.
• • Partner with technical and commercial teams to deliver custom data products quickly while maintaining high data quality standards.
• • Review assigned tasks and project scope using Jira while collaborating with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to clarify business requirements.
• • Determine the most effective method to extract and analyze data using proprietary platforms, SQL, and other available tools.
• • Review teammates' SQL queries and deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• • Help train and improve the use of generative AI tools that support data delivery.
• • Learn and understand key business metrics and how they help customers make strategic decisions.
• • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Redash, Tableau, or similar.
• • Strong ability to organize, analyze, and validate large datasets with exceptional attention to detail.
• • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• • Proven experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes while prioritizing customer needs.
• • Ability to communicate technical analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• • Self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• • Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
• • Resume must be submitted in English.
• • Passion for the digital subscription economy, streaming platforms, or subscription-based business models.
• • 2+ years of Python experience building automation, AI solutions, exploratory analysis, or ETL processes.
