📋 Description

• Design and develop high‑performance dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Business Insights, Data Engineering, Operations, and Support teams to ensure dashboards reflect the most current and accurate information.
• Transform raw data into usable formats, applying ETL processes and data federation techniques to support reporting needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive instruction manuals for reports, ensuring users can navigate and interpret visualizations effectively.
• Deliver data in an engaging, user‑friendly manner, tailoring visualizations to the audience’s technical proficiency and business objectives.
• Work with large datasets, applying SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze information, and then present findings through Power BI.
• Maintain a strong focus on performance, ensuring reports load quickly and remain responsive as data volumes grow.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify data quality issues, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
• Communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats, translating technical details into business‑relevant language.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and critical thinking, ensuring every visualization accurately reflects underlying data.
• Contribute proactively as part of a team, while also being able to work independently on complex projects.
• Manage night‑shift schedules (starting 9 pm) and be flexible for rotating shifts, while working remotely with occasional on‑site reporting as needed.
• Start immediately or within 30 days, showing readiness to integrate into the team and begin delivering value.
• Leverage a background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Technology to support data‑driven decision making.
• Optional but preferred: strong mathematical skills to enhance analytical depth.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven hands‑on experience in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Exposure to ETL processes and data warehouse environments used for Power BI reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work with large datasets and see the bigger picture.
• Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills (optional but preferred).
