• • The DCC Trainer role at Elavon (a U.S. Bancorp subsidiary) is a hybrid position combining training and sales support responsibilities, focused on driving the success of Elavon’s Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) product through customer-facing initiatives and internal enablement.
• • Day-to-day activities include contacting retailers to deliver DCC training, scheduling and conducting appointments, reviewing merchant applications, supporting lead generation with data cleansing in Salesforce, maintaining partner databases, and collaborating with internal teams such as Partner Management and Operations to ensure solution enablement and issue resolution.
• • The role sits within Elavon’s Business Performance team, which supports over 1.5 million global customers by building tailored payment solutions powered by technology, with a mission to help businesses achieve financial goals through innovation and service excellence.
