- • The Deal Desk Advisor at Merative plays a critical role in driving revenue by developing complex price quotes and contracts for labor-based professional services engagements and product offerings within the Cúram portfolio, primarily serving governmental clients directly or through partners.
- • Day to day, the role involves collaborating with sales, professional services, pricing, and legal teams to build quotes, perform profitability analysis, create and redline contracts, support RFP responses, manage documentation, and ensure alignment with business strategy and compliance requirements.
- • Merative is a remote-first U.S.-based company focused on delivering technology and services for health and human services programs, with a strong emphasis on government contracts and social impact solutions.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in deal structuring, revenue recognition, government contracting, and cross-functional collaboration, while advancing skills in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and solutioning for complex professional services engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- • Experience developing professional services price quotes
- • Experience creating, redlining, and routing sales contracts
- • Strong background with labor planning and price modeling
- • Solid understanding of revenue recognition rules
- • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deliver presentations
- • Able to capture and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders
- • Skilled at planning, prioritizing, and managing complex schedules in fluid environments
- • Client-focused with strong customer service orientation
- • Able to partner, collaborate, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- • Capable of handling complex situations requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
