- • Serve as a key advisor to Sales, Finance, and Leadership on deal strategy and structuring for high-impact enterprise contracts.
- • Independently assess and approve complex deals to drive revenue growth while ensuring strict compliance with corporate pricing, discounting, and contract policies.
- • Optimize pricing models, discount structures, and contract terms to align with corporate profitability goals and revenue targets.
- • Identify inefficiencies in the deal approval workflow and implement strategic improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- • Spearhead automation initiatives to reduce manual dependencies and streamline deal execution processes across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- • Operate as a strategic partner to Sales teams, providing guidance on quoting best practices, pricing frameworks, and contract negotiation standards.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Business Technology to ensure alignment on all deal execution processes.
- • Deliver training and enablement to Sales personnel on Salesforce CPQ, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements for deal submissions.
- • Lead special projects focused on pricing strategy, process enhancement, and operationalization of deal desk workflows.
- • Monitor and analyze deal data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue optimization and policy refinement.
- • Maintain rigorous attention to detail in reviewing contract terms, discount approvals, and revenue recognition compliance.
- • Work extended hours during critical quarter-end periods (January, April, July, October) to support urgent deal closures and revenue booking targets.
- • Act as a trusted point of contact for Sales leadership on complex or high-value deal structuring decisions.
- • Ensure all deal approvals adhere to internal controls, audit readiness standards, and corporate governance policies.
- • Translate business objectives into actionable deal structures that balance customer needs with company profitability and risk tolerance.
- • Proactively recommend policy updates or system enhancements based on recurring deal challenges or process bottlenecks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 3+ years in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS company
- • Expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ (or similar tools)
- • Strong analytic skills to advise on deal structuring and booking
- • Strategic thinker with ability to assess complex deals and recommend win-win solutions
- • Adaptable problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
