📋 Description

• The Deal Desk Coordinator role supports the SMB renewal motion for an AI-powered sales technology client, handling all non-customer-facing renewal operations to ensure deals move cleanly from initiation through close.
• Day to day, the contractor will process 20–50 renewals per month, manage end-to-end renewal execution in Salesforce and Ironclad, ensure accuracy of deal fields and contract terms, coordinate internal approvals, track signature status, execute churn updates, and maintain clean system records.
• Assist World Technologies Private Limited is a remote staffing company that partners with businesses across industries to provide tailored staffing solutions, built by business owners who prioritize reliable remote support, personalized vetting, and long-term matches through a growing global talent network.
• The person in this role will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS renewal operations, master Salesforce and CLM tools like Ironclad, strengthen process-driven execution skills, and gain experience operating autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment while contributing to scalable revenue operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps within a B2B SaaS company
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (required)
• Experience with a CLM tool (Ironclad preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
• Comfortable working asynchronously and operating with a high degree of ownership
