  • • As a Deal Desk Manager at WEX Inc., you will turn commercial complexity into operational clarity by leading the design and governance of frameworks that enable sales teams to move with speed and precision, serving as a bridge between high-level strategy and operational execution to standardize the commercial lifecycle and drive growth.
  • • Day to day, you will lead the global product catalog design and maintenance, author and implement the Deal Desk "Playbook" with rigorous SOPs, architect pricing and discounting governance through Delegation of Authority frameworks, develop enterprise deal structuring models, synthesize win/loss data for commercial intelligence, oversee daily deal queue adjudication, mentor Revenue Operations teams, govern the RevTech ecosystem, mediate cross-functional conflicts between Sales, Legal, and Finance, map commercial products to the General Ledger for audit-ready revenue recognition, conduct financial modeling on live deals to ensure margin accretiveness, manage CPI escalators and price adjustments, collaborate with Finance on quantity-based forecasting, and enforce data integrity in Salesforce as the single source of truth.
  • • You will join a high-visibility, strategic team within WEX’s commercial transformation, working closely with Senior Leadership and General Managers to build a disciplined, scalable, and world-class revenue engine where your expertise in deal structuring, financial stewardship, and operational excellence directly impacts organizational growth and margin protection.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise deal governance, financial modeling, revenue recognition, and CPQ technology enforcement while developing leadership and mentorship capabilities, influencing executive decision-making, and shaping scalable commercial processes that drive long-term viability and operational scalability across global lines of business.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, or Revenue Operations within a large-scale, complex enterprise environment
  • • Proven ability to command the room and influence GMs and Senior Leadership during high-pressure commercial negotiations
  • • Advanced mastery of Salesforce and CPQ environments with a focus on using technology to enforce governance at scale
  • • Deep understanding of P&L management, margin analysis, and revenue recognition principles
  • • Proven experience developing formal SOPs and driving large-scale change management across diverse stakeholders in Sales, Legal, and Product
  • • Track record of mentoring junior-to-mid-level professionals and building high-performing, process-oriented teams
