- • As Deal Desk Manager at Mimica Automation Ltd., you will own the coordination and execution of complex enterprise deal processes, partnering across Sales, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to accelerate deal velocity while ensuring rigor, alignment, and sound commercial judgment in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- • You will drive deal execution by owning the progression of deal requests through Deal Desk, serving as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, supporting deal structuring and pricing approvals, managing contract workflows, and partnering on security questionnaires and RFPs to keep deals moving efficiently.
- • Mimica is building AI-powered task mining technology that observes employee actions to create detailed process maps, identify inefficiencies, recommend automation solutions, and provide blueprints for transforming work — helping enterprises reclaim time and work with greater purpose.
- • In this role, you will build and improve repeatable workflows, playbooks, and approval pathways, help standardize commercial terms, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to the long-term design and scaling of the Deal Desk function as the company grows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Contracts Management, Sales Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- • Experience supporting complex, negotiated enterprise deals involving customized commercial terms and contract workflows.
- • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, enterprise procurement processes, and contract mechanics.
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional processes involving Sales, Finance, Legal, and security or compliance stakeholders.
- • Strong judgment, prioritization, and project management skills in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines.
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
