📋 Description
- • The Deal Support Quality & Strategy Manager at Samsara plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the Deal Support organization by building, implementing, and maintaining a quality program that supports accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in deal lifecycle processes.
- • Day to day, the role involves auditing deal-related interactions and workflows, applying quality assurance rubrics, analyzing data using Excel and Google Sheets to derive actionable insights, designing coaching frameworks, supporting quality programs through investigative projects, collaborating with Sales, Sales Operations, and Systems teams, and championing Samsara’s cultural principles.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations, with at least 2 years directly focused on executing quality programs
- • Demonstrated experience in designing and using quality assurance rubrics or scorecards to perform audits and provide structured feedback
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis, identifying error trends, and using data to tell a story about process performance
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to deliver constructive feedback and present findings clearly to stakeholders
- • A meticulous attention to detail and a passion for continuous process improvement
- • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
