- • The Dealer Program Coordinator at MillerKnoll, Inc. plays a vital role in advancing the company’s mission of 'design for the good of humankind' by ensuring the seamless execution and adoption of dealer programs across North America. This position directly supports the growth and effectiveness of MillerKnoll’s dealer channel, which is essential to delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions to market.
- • In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of dealer programs—from onboarding and training to ongoing administration and change management—ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely delivery that drives partner engagement and program success.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing program logistics, coordinating cross-functional activation efforts (including training, communications, and onboarding), developing and maintaining dealer-facing materials such as presentations and communications, and serving as a subject matter expert on program requirements and execution.
- • You will work directly with dealer partners to support their participation, understanding, and successful engagement with programs, while also monitoring financial and administrative activities, managing workflows across teams, and influencing priorities without direct authority.
- • The role involves supporting dealer-facing learning, networking, and engagement initiatives, driving program adoption through operational excellence, and maintaining deliverables in tools like Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
- • You will partner with teams across marketing, sales, operations, and finance to align program execution with broader business objectives, ensuring compliance with internal processes and contributing to the scalability and sustainability of dealer initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- • Experience supporting organizational change and managing transitions from planning through execution.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar reporting systems.
- • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- • General understanding of channel, partner, or distribution-based business models.
