• • As a Decision Systems Architect, you will be at the forefront of formalizing judgment, reasoning frameworks, and evaluation logic into robust, system-native structures. Your primary focus will be on expanding the breadth, depth, and consistency of Sena’s decision logic, adapting it to an ever-evolving landscape of new customer use cases, diverse signal types, and complex business questions.
• • This role is deeply embedded within the product development lifecycle, operating at the critical intersection of sophisticated systems thinking, applied reasoning methodologies, and the practical enablement of artificial intelligence. You will be instrumental in defining how Sena interprets and acts upon intricate business requirements.
• • Key responsibilities include designing and meticulously refining decision frameworks that serve as the guiding principles for how Sena interprets customer intent. This involves breaking down high-level business objectives into structured, logical components that the system can understand and process.
• • You will define the intricate signal mapping logic, a crucial element that structures how complex business questions are systematically decomposed into a set of actionable signals. This requires a deep understanding of data relationships and the ability to translate qualitative needs into quantitative inputs.
• • Furthermore, you will establish and maintain configuration schemas that precisely specify the data capture requirements necessary to support the generation of decision-grade outputs. Ensuring data integrity and relevance is paramount to the success of Sena’s decision-making processes.
• • A significant part of your role will involve creating robust evaluation criteria and stringent quality standards. These will be used to rigorously assess the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of the system’s outputs, ensuring they meet the highest levels of performance.

• • A core output of your work will be the production of structured artifacts. These artifacts will directly inform and guide the workflows of our Product, AI, and Engineering teams, ensuring a seamless translation of conceptual logic into functional system components.
• • Collaboration is key. You will work closely and continuously with Product Managers, AI Researchers, and Software Engineers to guarantee that the decision logic you design is effectively and accurately encoded into the Sena platform.
• • All work undertaken in this role is expected to be system-oriented, emphasizing reusability, extensibility, and maintainability. You will be building the foundational logic that powers Sena’s intelligence.
