  • • Partner with clients and matrix partners to design, implement, and evaluate customized organizational wellbeing strategies that educate, empower, and energize large, dispersed workforces.
  • • Identify opportunities to embed wellbeing initiatives into diverse workplace environments across multiple sub-organizations and geographies.
  • • Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive wellbeing programs including onsite and virtual events, challenges, presentations, and awareness campaigns.
  • • Create and manage wellbeing communications such as newsletters, custom emails, web content updates, and digital campaigns to drive engagement and behavioral change.
  • • Build, engage, and sustain client wellbeing champion networks and wellbeing committees to foster peer-led advocacy and cultural integration.
  • • Collaborate with third-party wellness vendors to align program delivery, manage integrations, and ensure seamless service execution.
  • • Communicate effectively with client leadership and stakeholders to report progress, secure buy-in, and adapt strategies based on feedback and data.
  • • Provide expert guidance on emerging industry trends in health promotion, workplace wellbeing, and population health strategies.
  • • Harmonize wellbeing programs across fragmented organizational structures to ensure consistency, equity, and scalability.
  • • Design holistic wellbeing strategies that address multiple pillars: physical, emotional, social, community, and financial wellbeing.
  • • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workflows across Cigna and client teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • • Demonstrate strong presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, from frontline employees to executive leadership.
  • • Maintain high organizational standards to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and execute complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • • Adapt flexibly to the evolving needs of diverse employee populations and changing organizational priorities.
  • • Ensure remote work setup meets minimum internet requirements: 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload via cable broadband or fiber optic service.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of five years experience in strategic wellbeing program design and implementation
  • • Experience working with large national employers with dispersed workforces
  • • Experience developing, executing, and evaluating workplace wellbeing strategies across multiple pillars (physical, emotional, social, community, financial)
  • • Industry certification such as CHES, Chapman, WELCOA, or equivalent in worksite wellbeing preferred
  • • Proven experience collaborating with vendor partners and integrating third-party wellness programs
  • • Strong skills in strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and influencing stakeholders at all levels

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Annual salary range of $70,400 – $117,400 USD, based on experience and geographic location
  • • Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan
