- • As the Defined Contributions Client Leader, you will lead total service delivery for clients, coordinate across business units, and create client-specific implementation plans to meet business goals.
- • You will provide guidance and direction to the team in delivering high-quality service, collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution, and monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and proactive client support.
- • You will oversee the development and delivery of client reports, presentations, and communications, while building and maintaining lasting client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in defined contributions (DC) with diverse client experience
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client relationship management
- • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in defined contributions
- • Solid understanding of financial services and investment products relevant to defined contributions
- • Relevant background in finance, business, or a related field
