📋 Description

  • Oversee daily operational performance for assigned Defined Contribution (DC) clients and their internal operations teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating regularly on all aspects of daily operations, participant inquiries, escalations, and unique client requirements.
  • Interpret complex client needs using in-depth knowledge of Defined Contribution plans, recordkeeping systems, and regulatory frameworks to provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Manage and develop talent within client teams by delegating responsibilities, coaching staff, and leveraging work through others to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal support areas including customer care, technology, and Oversight & Excellence teams to improve delivery quality and reduce total cost by lowering demand and increasing efficiency.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, drive process standardization, and innovate operational workflows that enhance client outcomes and system performance.
  • Validate, communicate, and manage eCAT (Electronic Client Agreement Tool) documentation with clients to ensure alignment on service expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Defined Contribution plans and their impact on both client organizations and plan participants, translating technical details into clear client communications.
  • Drive stable and consistent performance across internal teams and external vendors by establishing clear expectations, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving operational issues proactively.
  • Report data insights and operational metrics to stakeholders, using analytical abilities and attention to detail to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Adapt to evolving client needs, organizational changes, and industry developments while maintaining strong organizational and management skills.
  • Contribute to client success initiatives by aligning operational execution with broader client objectives around workforce financial security and wellbeing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Defined Contribution plans
  • Be located in the Contiguous United States
  • Be knowledgeable of Defined Contribution recordkeeping systems
  • Be an effective communicator with proven influencing skills on domain and technical matters, internally and externally with vendors
  • Have proven analytical abilities and attention to detail when working with complex data
  • Have management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to change
