We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team in Chicago, IL. - • As a Delivery Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers during the vehicle handover process. Your mission is to ensure every customer feels informed, excited, and confident as they embark on their journey with Lucid. This involves meticulously preparing vehicles for delivery, conducting thorough pre-delivery consultations, and delivering personalized vehicle orientations that highlight the advanced technology, design, and performance of Lucid vehicles.
- • You will manage a portfolio of upcoming deliveries, collaborating closely with Sales Specialists to confirm vehicle readiness and align on customer expectations. Proactive communication is key, as you'll engage with customers to confirm delivery details, set clear expectations, and answer any initial questions they may have, ensuring a smooth transition into their new electric vehicle.
- • The core of your role involves conducting engaging and informative delivery ceremonies. Whether the delivery takes place at our state-of-the-art delivery center, virtually, or at an offsite location, you will tailor the experience to each customer's unique needs and interests. By asking insightful questions, you will uncover their priorities and preferences, allowing you to showcase the features and functionalities most relevant to them, from advanced driver-assistance systems to the intuitive infotainment interface.
- • Beyond the initial delivery, your commitment to customer satisfaction extends to post-delivery follow-up. You will proactively address any questions or concerns that may arise after the customer has taken possession of their vehicle, ensuring their continued delight and fostering long-term loyalty.
- • This role also encompasses the management of lease-end vehicle returns. You will guide customers through the lease return process, scheduling necessary grounding appointments and ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and meticulously logged. This operational aspect is vital for maintaining efficient fleet management and a positive customer experience throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
- • You will act as a brand ambassador for Lucid, articulating the unique technological, design, and quality advantages that set our vehicles apart from the competition. Your ability to convey these benefits in a compelling and customer-focused manner will reinforce the value proposition of a Lucid vehicle.
- • Operational excellence is paramount. You will be responsible for conducting final quality checks on vehicles before they are handed over to customers, ensuring they are in pristine condition. This includes prepping and staging vehicles in the delivery area, making sure everything is ready for a flawless customer arrival.
- • Accurate documentation is a critical component of this role. You will utilize Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, to meticulously record essential details, including inbound and outbound communication, information gathered during the delivery ceremony, and specific delivery configurations. This ensures data integrity and supports ongoing customer relationship management.
- • You will also be responsible for booking and tracking final mile transportation when necessary, coordinating seamlessly with customers and transport carriers to ensure timely and secure vehicle delivery.
