This position is critical to ensuring that every Lucid owner receives a seamless, personalized, and memorable vehicle delivery experience. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and the success of Lucid’s mission to redefine automotive excellence.
  • • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** – Your role will blend customer-facing interactions with operational excellence to deliver vehicles and manage lease returns with precision. Here’s what you’ll do:
  • • **Customer-Centric Delivery Experience** – Conduct pre-delivery conversations with customers to confirm details, set expectations, and ensure readiness for their vehicle handoff. On delivery day, guide customers through the key features and functions of their Lucid vehicle, tailoring the experience to their needs—whether in-person at a delivery center, virtually, or at an offsite location. Follow up post-delivery to address any questions or concerns, ensuring a smooth transition to ownership.
  • • **Lease-End Vehicle Returns** – Manage a pipeline of lease-end customers, scheduling grounding appointments and ensuring timely vehicle returns. Conduct lease-end intake appointments, verifying vehicle condition and completing all necessary documentation to finalize the return process.
  • • **Operational Excellence** – Oversee vehicle readiness for all assigned deliveries, performing final quality checks before handoff. Prepare and stage vehicles in the delivery area prior to customer appointments, ensuring they meet Lucid’s high standards for presentation and functionality. Accurately complete required paperwork, including delivery documentation and lease-return forms, and coordinate final-mile transport when necessary.
  • • **Salesforce and CRM Management** – Utilize Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems to document all customer interactions, delivery details, and operational notes. Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound activity, delivery specifications, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • • **Brand Advocacy** – Represent Lucid by articulating the technological, design, and quality advantages of our vehicles over competitors. Educate customers on the unique benefits of Lucid’s electric vehicles, fostering enthusiasm and confidence in their purchase decision.

🎯 Requirements

  • • **2-5 years of customer-facing professional experience**, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or a high-touch service environment. This background demonstrates your ability to engage with discerning customers and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • • **Strong interpersonal and organizational skills**, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and adapt to ambiguity. You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • • **Proficiency with CRM systems**, particularly Salesforce, to document customer interactions, delivery details, and operational notes. Experience with similar tools is a plus.
  • • **Passion for electric vehicles and premium automotive markets**. A genuine enthusiasm for Lucid’s products and technological advancements will enable you to authentically connect with customers and represent the brand effectively.
  • • **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related discipline**. While formal education is valued, relevant experience in customer service, sales, or operations can also qualify you for this role.
  • • **Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed**. Deliveries and customer appointments may require non-traditional hours, and you must be available to accommodate these schedules.
