- • Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of retainer-based client accounts within Apply’s Managed Services practice, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes across sprints, releases, and incident responses.
- • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for all delivery-related matters, including progress tracking, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication for major brands such as Arc'teryx, NFL, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz.
- • Own the delivery rhythm for client portfolios, establishing and maintaining cadences that align with client expectations and internal team capacity.
- • Manage and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment, unblocking obstacles, and fostering accountability for daily output and long-term performance.
- • Act as the internal champion for operational excellence, driving standardization of processes, quality controls, and continuous improvement across all active client engagements.
- • Collaborate closely with account leads, technical leads, and AI-native delivery teams to translate client CX vision into executable, scalable agentic solutions.
- • Monitor and report on key delivery metrics, ensuring transparency with clients and internal stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities for value expansion.
- • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, including scope creep, resource constraints, and timeline pressures, while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
- • Coordinate with Apply’s AI-native delivery capability to integrate agentic technologies into client workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable commercial impact.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with client business goals, industry context, and CX objectives across Retail, CPG, Sports, and Media verticals to inform delivery strategy.
- • Ensure all delivery activities adhere to Apply’s standards for innovation, client confidentiality, and operational integrity.
- • Participate in client onboarding, contract renewals, and expansion discussions by providing accurate delivery insights and performance summaries.
- • Balance multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing workload based on business impact, urgency, and team bandwidth.
- • Work within UK business hours and maintain availability to align with client schedules across the UK timezone.
- • Operate from the Shoreditch office in London on a hybrid basis, with remote flexibility available when operationally feasible.
- • Represent Apply as a trusted operational partner, reinforcing brand reputation through reliability, clarity, and proactive problem-solving.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role in a client-facing, retainer-based services environment
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams in agile or iterative delivery models
- • Strong track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with high operational accountability
- • Experience working with AI-native or technology-driven customer experience solutions
