- • The Delivery Principal is the Services leader and owner of the Customer Account, responsible for leading cloud transformation programs and ensuring Guidewire delivers real business value to customers in Southern & Eastern Europe.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading planning and execution of cloud programs, monitoring progress and risks, coordinating internal and external teams, advocating for customer needs with Product and Support teams, supporting sales with proposals and SOWs, managing program budgets and forecasts, and traveling for onsite client engagements as required (up to 100%).
- • The team operates within Guidewire’s Services organization, reporting to the Portfolio Director for Southern & Eastern Europe, collaborating closely with Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Sales, Product, Cloud Ops, and System Integrator partners to ensure seamless delivery and long-term customer success.
- • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in enterprise cloud transformation, financial accountability for services delivery, strategic customer advisory, and cross-functional leadership — driving innovation through AI and data-driven insights while advancing their career in a global, high-impact technology environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent English and Polish (verbal and written)
- • Experience in enterprise software delivery, consulting, or transformation
- • Experience in a customer-facing leadership role
- • Hands-on experience with large-scale software or cloud implementations
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customer stakeholders
- • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financials at the program level
