- • Own and scale Tapcart’s multi-channel demand generation engine, including paid media, email, events, content, partner channels, SEO/AEO, with full accountability for qualified pipeline and ROI.
- • Build and optimize GTM systems including HubSpot infrastructure, lead scoring, attribution models, nurture workflows, and signal-to-sequence programs to automate and scale marketing operations.
- • Define and refine Tapcart’s strategic marketing positioning, ICP targeting, messaging, and go-to-market approach in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
- • Deploy AI-powered tools and automations to multiply team output across outbound outreach, content production, enrichment, and performance analysis — building systems that operate autonomously.
- • Ensure all campaigns and content directly generate pipeline, not just impressions, by aligning brand strategy with performance metrics and business outcomes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals, prioritize initiatives, and improve alignment across growth functions.
- • Manage real marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and measurable ROI, translating data into strategic resource allocation decisions.
- • Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and attribution accuracy, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all marketing activities.
- • Pull and analyze funnel metrics, pipeline reports, and performance data independently to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and justify budget shifts with confidence.
- • Lead as a player-coach: execute hands-on marketing work while mentoring and influencing team members and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift rapidly, resources are constrained, and results are the sole measure of success.
- • Leverage deep fluency in HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation platform) to design and implement lifecycle programs, dashboards, and workflows from scratch.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Tapcart’s overall marketing strategy by connecting brand narrative with performance channels to drive long-term growth.
- • Stay at the forefront of AI-driven marketing innovation, evaluating and deploying new tools with purpose to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the demand gen stack.
- • Ensure brand positioning and campaign concepts are tightly linked to pipeline generation, holding yourself accountable for business impact over vanity metrics.
- • Work remotely across eligible U.S. states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, ME, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven leadership in owning multi-channel demand generation programs within a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of building qualified pipeline
- • Strategic marketing instincts with ability to develop positioning frameworks and GTM strategies, not just execute campaigns
- • Deep fluency in HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platform with experience building workflows, lifecycle programs, and attribution models from scratch
- • Experience using AI tools to build automated marketing systems — not just for content generation but for enrichment, research, and performance analysis
- • Strong analytical skills with fluency in funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- • Leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams (Sales, Rev Ops, Product, CS) without direct authority
