- • As the Demand Generation Marketing Lead at EngFlow, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our core demand generation strategy, directly contributing to exceeding ambitious revenue goals. This pivotal role is designed for a driven, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be the architect of our inbound engine, responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion through a meticulously crafted and executed marketing plan. Your primary focus will be on enhancing both the quantity and quality of inbound leads, ensuring they are well-qualified and primed for conversion.
- • You will own and meticulously execute a diverse range of demand generation campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, paid digital advertising across various platforms, targeted email marketing sequences, engaging webinars that showcase EngFlow's value proposition, robust SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, and impactful virtual events designed to capture prospect interest. Your ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously and optimize their performance will be key to success.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve developing and implementing sophisticated lifecycle marketing tactics and comprehensive programs. These initiatives will be designed to nurture prospects effectively throughout their entire journey, from initial awareness on our website and other digital touchpoints to becoming engaged, qualified leads. This requires a deep understanding of customer journeys and the ability to tailor messaging and engagement strategies accordingly.
- • Your efforts will directly contribute to driving new business meetings generated from marketing initiatives, with a sharp focus on generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You will be accountable for the performance of these lead generation activities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
- • A critical responsibility will be to meticulously report on the overall Return on Investment (ROI) of all lead generation activities. This includes tracking and analyzing key engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ultimately, the revenue attributed to marketing efforts. Data-driven insights will be essential for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- • You will forge strong, collaborative partnerships with our Product Marketing team. This collaboration is vital to ensure that the most compelling and accurate messaging is consistently delivered across all marketing materials and campaigns. You will contribute significantly to the development and refinement of strategic messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- • A core function of this role is to continuously analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other relevant platforms. These analyses will provide the data necessary to inform and optimize future marketing strategies, ensuring we are always adapting to market dynamics and maximizing effectiveness.
- • You will be empowered to test and rigorously optimize various marketing tactics specifically for customer acquisition. This involves an experimental mindset, a willingness to iterate, and a data-driven approach to identifying what works best for EngFlow.
- • A unique opportunity within this role is to partner directly with EngFlow's talented engineers. Your collaboration will focus on amplifying their technical expertise by helping to better broadcast EngFlow's technical blogs and thought leadership content to a wider audience, establishing EngFlow as a leader in the developer tooling space.
- • You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and recommending marketing tools and platforms that align with our evolving needs. This includes assessing new technologies that can enhance our demand generation capabilities and operational efficiency.
- • Further strengthening the partnership with the Product Marketing team, you will analyze and actively contribute to improving existing marketing collateral and refining our core messaging to ensure maximum impact and clarity.
- • You will coordinate closely with the Field Marketing team to ensure seamless execution of events and other outreach initiatives. This includes managing invitations, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a cohesive experience for prospects and customers.
- • Finally, you will work very closely with Senior Management and the Sales teams, providing essential marketing support to drive product adoption and overall sales growth. Your insights and execution will be critical to achieving EngFlow's strategic objectives.
- • This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, offering significant visibility and opportunity for impact within the organization.
