- • As a Demand Generation Lead at Vendelux, you will own and scale the marketing-led pipeline strategy to drive predictable, high-quality growth across digital, ABM, and field amplification channels, directly impacting revenue outcomes in a fast-growing Series A SaaS company backed by top-tier investors like FirstMark.
- • You will partner closely with Sales to ensure full-funnel alignment from awareness to SQL creation and opportunity progression, while amplifying event-driven pipeline and maximizing conversion across touchpoints despite Events and Community being owned separately.
- • In this player-coach leadership role, you will set demand strategy, stay close to execution, and directly manage one or two marketers while personally driving key programs, experimentation, and AI-assisted workflows to increase team leverage and campaign iteration speed.
- • Day to day, you will own and execute the global demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and events to drive awareness, lead generation, and measurable pipeline growth aligned with business goals.
- • You will develop and operationalize the marketing funnel by establishing clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages, then continuously improve conversion rates across the entire funnel through data-driven optimization.
- • You will build and scale ABM programs that deliver highly personalized engagement for target accounts, leveraging AI and modern tooling to personalize at scale and increase team efficiency.
- • You will design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, and thought leadership, while building and operating AI-assisted workflows across content creation, distribution, SEO/GEO/AEO experimentation, and rapid campaign iteration.
- • You will implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify pipeline drivers, and optimize ROI, ensuring marketing efforts are tied directly to revenue outcomes.
- • You will work with a leadership team composed of alumni from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, ModernLoop, Forter, Zulilly, and NewtonX, operating in a builder-oriented culture that values strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- • This role offers the opportunity to learn and master AI-powered demand generation at scale, gain deep expertise in B2B SaaS growth systems, and shape the marketing foundation of a company poised for Series B/C scaling, all while working 3-4 days onsite at Vendelux’s NYC headquarters.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- • Experience scaling Series B/C companies in fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI-native technology environments.
- • Expert use of HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads.
- • Proficient in using AI tools to automate and build content, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to continuously improve marketing outcomes.
- • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and is comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization, including the ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale.
