- • As a Demand Generation Manager at Adyen, you will drive impact for the company’s acquisition efforts by planning, executing, and optimizing targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to generate sales-accepted opportunities from new customers.
- • You will plan, set up, and optimize 1:few and 1:1 ABM campaigns, identify and segment target accounts with Sales and SDRs, create tailored messaging and creative assets, build and run email and direct marketing programs in the UK/I, develop landing pages to convert prospects, and collaborate with global acquisition and digital marketing teams to align strategies and measure campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- • You will join Adyen’s UK marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing UK, and work in a matrixed environment across UK/I and Global Marketing teams to support revenue goals through close collaboration with Sales and SDRs in an office-first culture that values in-person collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic and tactical B2B demand generation, strengthen your analytical and optimization skills using tools like Looker and Marketo, enhance your cross-functional collaboration abilities, and grow your impact by directly influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes in a global fintech leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in a demand generation role focused on driving acquisition of net new customers with B2B marketing experience
- • Strong background in email marketing and ABM tools; knowledge of Marketo is a plus
- • Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience in data-driven optimizations; experience with Looker is a plus
- • Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
- • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from strategy development to optimization
- • Self-starting, self-motivated contributor with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- • Fluent spoken and written English
- • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 20% or more
