- • Design and execute integrated, data-driven demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline and revenue for a B2B SaaS company leveraging AI-powered products.
- • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email marketing, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, and select in-person events.
- • Translate complex AI and SaaS value propositions into conversion-focused messaging that resonates with target buyer personas and aligns with the SaaS buyer journey.
- • Partner with Sales and RevOps teams to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), refine lead lifecycle stages, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- • Build and manage quarterly campaign calendars, budget forecasts, and pipeline targets aligned to revenue goals.
- • Analyze full-funnel performance metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline volume, revenue attribution, and ROI to deliver actionable insights and optimize spend.
- • Run continuous A/B testing across channels, ad copy, landing pages, email sequences, and AI-driven use cases to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
- • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies supporting paid media buying, content syndication, and campaign execution.
- • Ensure data integrity and consistent attribution across marketing and revenue systems using tools like Bizible, HubSpot Attribution, or comparable platforms.
- • Maintain accurate reporting dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to communicate performance to stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to align campaign assets with product messaging and AI capabilities.
- • Operate in a fully remote environment with consistent collaboration across US time zones (EST–PST) using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, and Notion.
- • Complete all application requirements including recording a video as the first step in the interview process—applications without video submissions will not be considered.
- • Monitor emerging AI-assisted analytics and productivity tools to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and automation efficiency.
- • Scale demand generation programs in a high-growth SaaS environment with a focus on predictable, repeatable pipeline growth.
- • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to precise attribution models and revenue system integrations to maintain accountability and forecast accuracy.
- • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, and RevOps to align demand generation goals with broader revenue strategy and product roadmap.
- • Adapt campaign strategies based on evolving buyer behavior influenced by AI capabilities in SaaS solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within a SaaS environment
- • Strong understanding of AI-powered products and how AI influences buyer behavior, messaging, and campaign performance
- • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand programs
- • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies
- • Excellent project management skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps
