- • As Senior Demand Generation Manager at Abacum Technologies, you will own and scale the marketing-sourced pipeline across paid search, paid social, lifecycle email, organic, and emerging channels, directly contributing to the company’s growth targets by transforming a strong foundation into a predictable, high-velocity demand engine.
- • You will develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation plan with clear MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets by channel, manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with pipeline as the success metric, build and optimize email nurture sequences and lead scoring in HubSpot, partner with the BDR team on outbound-inbound alignment, run structured experiments on channels and messaging, own the weekly demand dashboard reporting on pipeline by channel and ROI, coordinate BOFU content with PMM, and build an ABM strategy to convert top-tier accounts at scale.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation, master pipeline-focused marketing analytics, gain hands-on leadership experience in aligning marketing and sales motions, and position yourself as a strategic growth leader capable of driving predictable revenue through data-driven channel optimization and experimentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with at least 2 years in a growth-stage company (Series B–D, $15M–$60M ARR)
- • Hands-on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with pipeline (not MQL) as the primary success metric
- • Deep proficiency with HubSpot, including marketing automation, lead scoring, workflows, and reporting; Salesforce experience is a plus
- • Proven ability to work with or coordinate BDR/SDR teams, understanding how outbound and inbound motions integrate
- • Strong analytical mindset — skilled at building dashboards, interpreting funnel data, and making budget decisions based on conversion rates
- • Scrappy and resourceful work ethic — comfortable executing tactics personally, not just delegating
- • Excellent communication skills — able to convey complex pipeline metrics to executives and campaign logic to frontline teams
