- • As a Demand Generation Manager at Global Talent Co., you will drive the company’s growth by building and executing full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that engage technical buyers in the DevOps and cloud-native space, directly supporting rapid market expansion and sales team scaling.
- • You will own and manage non-events demand generation channels including SEO, AEO, paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn), outbound campaigns, event amplification, and ABM, while designing persona-specific campaigns for engineers and executives using behavioral, technographic, and intent signals.
- • You will collaborate with a fast-growing, AI-forward company building an autonomous operations platform for DevOps, site reliability, and observability, working closely with marketing, sales, product, and RevOps teams to align campaigns with product and revenue goals.
- • You will leverage AI tools as a core part of your workflow to accelerate content creation, personalization, research, and reporting, building scalable AI-assisted processes that improve campaign speed, quality, and ROI while continuously experimenting with emerging technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of hands-on B2B demand generation experience with end-to-end campaign ownership
- • Strong familiarity with DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or cloud-native ecosystems and ability to engage technical and executive audiences
- • Experience with marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and intent/technographic data tools
- • Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in daily workflows and ability to build AI-powered marketing processes
- • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
